I look to cook sometime and love to eat most of the time. During my college days in our province my friends and I love to eat some seafood especially during drinking session. My parents thought me some recipes on how to cook some great seafood which I randomly apply here in our home. I usually prefer seafood than meat every time we eat at the restaurant because it taste more better than meat. Seafood are one of the best foods that people should love compare to meat, like meat seafood can be cooked in different ways but some seafood can be serve fresh or uncooked.
During weekends my wife and I usually had a cooking session as one of our bonding moments. Usually we loved to cook and eat white meat than red meat. We loved to use domestic seafood compare to frozen seafood because of the taste that fresh seafood has to offer. Since we lived near by a fish port it is easy for us to buy a fresh seafood. One of my best recipe to serve was a fried breeded shrimp with hot chilli sauce. And I’m proud to say that my family loves to eat it, I was trying to server them with an uncooked tuna meat mixed with vinegar, tomatoes, onion, lemon and a little amount of chili but they don’t love it. Glad that I’ve found the site www.greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com they got lots of exciting recipes to offer. I would love to try some of there interesting recipes sometime especially the “Texas Gulf Shrimp” by Chef Mark Holley from Texas. Greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com has a cook off challenge and Texas Gulf Shrimp is one of the top recipes. The food presentation looks exciting, delicious and for sure my family will love it. I will try to cook this recipe some other time during our weekends cooking session.
