According to (thefreedictionary.com) - ass-kisser - a person who tries to please someone in order to gain a personal advantage. (urbandictionary.com) - a person who sucks up to people in a position of authority in order to get some kind of reward or perks. Have you tried to encounter this kind of people? I guess so
