YellowPages buys domain name YP.com for $3.85 million

I just saw this from some domain news site that AT&T’s YellowPages buys the two-letter domain name YP.com from the company LiveDeal.com for a sale price of $3.85 million.

A SEC filling by LiveDeal company was revealed that YellowPages had acquired the domain name YP.com for $3.85 million. That could be a lot of money :D , How I wish to have a two-letter domain. If only I knew it would be sold for a huge price someday then at least I should register one.

These could be one of the huge deal for a domain name this year 2008.
