Wordpress 2.6.1 version is now available for download
Wordpress 2.6.1 version is now available for download. With this 2.6.1 they’re continuing there trend of releasing a maintenance release shortly after a major release in order to fix some bugs for the inevitable “dot zero”. Upgrading will depends on you, if your satisfied on 2.6 performance keep using it no need to upgrade to 2.6.1.
The 2.6.1 version has offer several improvements for international users. Try to check the full list of over 60 fixes to see if Wordpress 2.6.1 version has something to offer you. Just like the past version release of Wordpress, it is available in two formats the *.zip and *.tar.gz files.
I will still stay on 2.6 version because it seems work fine for now. How bout you? Do you have plans to do some upgrade to 2.6.1 ?

I will update my test site because it is not a revenue maker and I test everything new on it.

I will also try it on my beta site but will still remain on 2.6 for this site
