A student charged by using webcam to spy on women

Craig Matthew Feigin, 23, a student that has been charged by using malware to secretly spy on women using their own laptop webcam. According to reports Feigin has installed two programs on the computer of a woman in Gainesville, Florida. The said woman had taken her computer to Feigin who was known to be good in computers.
However, after she got the laptop back, she noticed that the built-in webcam activates automatically and the battery runs down quickly. The woman took the computer to another friend who detects the software installed and they report directly to the authorities.
A report says authorities have eight or nine more potential victims and some of them may be students at University of Florida or at Santa Fe College. Feigin personally developed the said software named “Web Cam Spy Hacker”. He tried to market the said software as a tool to check up on spouses and babysitters but it was unsuccessful. Now his facing charges because of what he did.
