Then enrolled your EON card to Paypal. After enrolling your card, Paypal will ask for the Expuse (Expanded Use Number). It will take 2-3 days before your Expuse to came up just called UnionBank customer service and ask for your Expuse. After having your Expuse number submit it to Paypal then your paypal account now is verfied. If you want you may also enroll your EON card to UnionBank Online Banking it will take 2 days to activate your account to online banking. I suggest that you should for you to find out if ever you money came whenever you transfer a certain amount from paypal to your card. Hope this answers you :D Hello,
