Union Bank EON CyberAccount services still not working

I still miss Union Bank EON CyberAccount services. Union Bank EON CyberAccount is an internet based deposit account, it let’s us do our banking transaction and electonic fund transfer from our Paypal account. But sad to say until now their services is still not working. I even tried to call their hotline numbers but “all circuits are busy”.
I also applied for another EON account but unlucky again because their online application is temporarily unavailable. I talked to one of their customer services a few days ago and he said to me that I need to go to their bank branches to do the application.
We haven’t verified yet if our funds is already transfer due to their online services is still not working. I just hope that their services will be back as soon as possible, in order for us to receive our funds for our last month income.
