Apple Scores High on Technical Support Performance

American Consumers Union highly rated Apple’s technical support, even though it offers a shortest warranties in their products. The said organization found out that Apple technical support staff solved more problems and answered phone questions faster compared to other manufacturers. They found out also that Apple’s technical support are more knowledgeable about their systems or products.
The study was based on interviews with 10,000 computer users. The organization found out that average technical support can solve user problems around 60 percent while Apple’s technical support staff can solve almost 80 percent. Apple only offers free technical support via phone for 90 days and Apple customers could also avail free technical support in Apple shops. Wonder what score does Dell, Compaq and HP gets?
